4. Payments are non refundable

4.1 Choose your payment subscriptions wisely. Choose the subscriptions that works for you. Any unused time left on a subscription in the event of termination or cancelation will not be refunded.

5. Forming a contract with Core Swingers

5.1 By registering on our service you are agreeing to enter a legal contract with us in the form of a membership. If we accept you as a member then a legally binding contract is formed. Any subscriptions you take out are part of this contract and in agreement with the current terms and conditions.

6. Right to cancel

6.1 You hold the right to cancel at any time. In the event of cancelation, any unused subscription payment is forfeited by you.

6.2 All stored personal data will be permanently deleted from our servers.

7. Who can use our site

7.1 You must not attempt to use or register on our site if:

(a) You are under the age of 18 years old.
(b) You have been convicted of an offence, or are subject to any court order, relating to abuse, assault, sexual harassment/violence/misconduct. Any breach of this clause is a breach of this agreement.
(c) display or access to our content or service is illegal in the laws of your country.

7.2 We are a private membership run company and we hold the right to decline any member request for any reason.

8. What is acceptable on our site

You agree to behave in a responsible manner while in contract with us. Therefor you agree that you will not:

(b) Publish content (photos or links) that is illegal or upsetting to other users.
(c) Harass or threaten other users.
(d) Impersonate any person or entities to mislead other users.
(e) Use our site in an attempt to sell sexual services (this includes self promotion for sites where you receive membership fees).
(f) Use our site to market, promote or advertise other similar companies.
(g) Do anything that is harmful to the site and its users.

9. Your Content

9.1 You are responsible for your content that you post and share.
9.2 You must ensure that your content follows our rules and is not deemed harmful or illegal.
9.3 You must own the photos you post.
9.4 You must not publish any photos that show any persons under the age of 18 years old (or higher if the age of consent differs in their country)
9.5 You must ensure you have consent from any persons included in your photos before posting them on our site.
9.6 You must ensure that your content is factual and not misleading in any way.

10. Our rights over your content

10.1 We reserve the right to remove, delete or reject any content that we deem as unacceptable or that does not comply with our terms and conditions.
10.2 We reserve the right to share your content with relevant authorities or police if subject to complaint or criminal activity.
10.3 We can delete or reject your content and data if you fail to comply with our request for membership identification.
